Blog #3 Due Feb. 14th, 2016 at 11:59pm

For your third blog you are to take three project implicit bias quizzes and then reflect on what you think of the results (were you surprised, why do you think they are this way-i.e. any experiences that may have shaped this) and how they will assist you in understanding yourself-especially when working with others.
Go to: https://implicit.harvard.edu/implicit/

Notes and tips: This blog topic specifically will require in depth reflection which means it will be longer than other blogs you may have written thus far.  Do not forget to comment on another blog!!!!!

When on project implicit-do not register but click go next to the american flag (aka- continue as a guest), after you click go you will have to click I wish to proceed. Then you will see all the options of tests to take-take three (they should take about 10 minutes each) and screen shot your results to help you reflect later.

Happy Blogging :)

Blog Topic #2 (Due February 7th, 2016 at 11:59pm)
For this week you are to find a clip  from a movie or TV show that uses the relational leadership model and explain what components exist and how they are seen in the clip.
note: if you cannot find a link please make sure to explain your clip in extreme detail. (someone who isn't in this class should be able to understand without needing context)
Happy Blogging :)
